1.Adjustment near point detection method: Completely correct the refractive error, cover the left eye, and detect the right eye. Fix the power scale at 40cm, have the patient focus on the visual target above the best vision on the near vision scale, and slowly move it closer to the patient until the visual target remains blurred. Record the distance, which is the patient’s adjustment near point.

调节近点检测方法：完全矫正屈光不正，遮盖左眼，检测右眼，固定实力表盘于40cm处，令患者注视近视力表上最佳视力的上一行视标，缓慢向患者移近，直至视标持续模糊，记录距离，即为患者的调节近点。

2. Gathering nearby NPC detection: The examinee wears habitual prescription glasses. The visual target is gradually moved from a distance of 40cm or more towards the examinee’s glasses until one eye of the examinee is observed to have left the target of gaze, or the examinee reports seeing two images. This distance is recorded as the set break point. The visual target is moved away from the examinee until the examinee returns to the binocular gaze state, or the examinee reports changing from double images to single images. Record this distance as the set recovery point. The normal value of the rupture point is 5cm.

集合近点NPC检测：被检者配戴习惯性处方眼镜，视标从40cm或更远处逐步移向被检者的眼镜，直至观察到被检者的一眼离开了注视目标，或被检者报告看到两个像，记录该距离为集合破裂点，将视标离开被检者移动，直至观察到被检者回到双眼注视状态，或被检者报告由双像变为单像。记录该距离为集合恢复点。破裂点正常值为5cm。
