Step1-Trainers wear red and green glasses,and those who already wear glasses need to wear corrective glasses first and then wear red and green glasses.Place the vector image on a tilted stand,40cm away from the eyes,require bright light,and then look at the pattern.

第一步 -训练者配戴红、绿眼镜，已配戴眼镜者需先配戴矫正眼镜，再配戴红、绿眼镜。将矢量图像放置在一个倾斜的支架上，距离眼睛40cm，需要明亮的光线，然后看图案。

Step 2-The right eye eill see the green part of the pattern more clearly through the red mirror,and the left eye will see the red part of the pattern more clearly through the green mirror.When looking at both eyes together,the red and green images seen by the two eyes should be merged into one image.

第二步-色镜子，右眼会更清楚地看到图案的绿色部分，而通过绿色镜子，左眼会更清楚地看到图案的红色部分。当两只眼睛同时看时，两只眼睛看到的红色和绿色图像应该合并成一个图像。

Step 3-Adjust the focus of your sight (view it with your opposite eyes),so that the images merge  into one pattern.Maintain the fusion state for more than 10 seconds and pay attention to observe the fused pattern.You will see that the pattern has a floating and three-dimensional feel.Look away for a few seconds,then come back and watch the blend again for more than 10 seconds,repeat 10 times.After they can all be quickly integrated,you can proceed to training on graphics of the next level of difficulty.
