1.At a distance of 40cm from the eyes,the reading unit is placed on the alphabet or vision card(paper with black characters on a white background is also acceptable).The trainer wears red and green glasses.Those who are already wearing glasses first put on their own glasses and then wear the red and green glasses.Both eyes look at the letters under the red and green bars,you can see them clearly within 3~5 seconds,and you can read them for a long time.

2.If you observe that the content under the reading unit sometimes does not indicate the existence of unstable suppression,you can remove the suppression by blinking,increasing the brightness of the visual mark,and using a guide stick to guide training.

The right eye sees the text under the red bars through the red-green mirror,the left eye sees the text under the green bars through the green mirror,and both eyes see the words under the red and green bars at the same time.
