The distance is 40cm,the red and green filter is placed on the alphabet(or the computer screen for reading a book),the trainee wears red and green glasses and looks at the words or pictures under the red and green filter with both eyes,and the right eye sees the words or pictures under the red filter through the red lens,the left eye sees the text or pictures under the green filter through the green lens,and both eyes work at the same time,so that the text fields or pictures can be seen completely and can be browsed for a long time.

Training Tips:If the content under the red and green filter is observed to be intermittent,it means there is unstable suppression.You can remove the suppression by blinking your eyes,increasing the brightness,guiding with a guide rod,etc.
