Training method:

训练方法

Hold a lifebuoy card and place it 40 cm away from your eyes.Start training from the 2 circles closest to the bottom.

1.SET TRAINING:Use the “eye-to-eye”feeling to focus on the area between the eye and the card.After the fusion,you eill feel a merged circle in the middle.Kepp the fusion state for 10 seconds,and look up at the larger circle in turn to increase Difficulty.If it is too big to be integrated,the training will be repeated until each line of visual targets can be integrated.If you feel difficult,you canuse the guide rod.The guide rod is placed between the trainer and the lifebuoy card.Watch the guide rod and gradually move closer to the eyes.

2.DISPERSE TRAINING:relax your eyes,look through the card and look at the distance behind the card.After the fusion,you will feel a merged circle appearing in the middle.Keep the fusion state for 10 seconds,and then increase the difficulty training sequentially.The training method is the same as above.If you feel difficult,you can use the guide rod,which is placed behind the lifebuoy card,and watch the guide rod.
