训练方法

1.Eyes can see objects that are far and near,and they need to be adjusted to see clearly.Flip the shot,using the handle as the boundaries,divided into 2 sets of lenses.A set of positive lenses simulates viewing far,and a set of negative lenses simulates viewing up close.Turn over to see far and near,exercise eye adjustment sensitivity.

眼睛能够看清远近不同的物体，需要进行调节才能看得清楚。翻转镜头，以手柄为界，分为两组镜片。一组凸透镜模拟看远处，一组凹透镜模拟看近处。翻转来看远看近，锻炼眼睛调节的灵敏度。

4. In this cycle,read out 40 word marks on the card at a time.

Warm tips:The vision card is placed at a distance of 40cm and trained 1~2 times a day,each time 10~15 minutes,20 cycles per minute,the difference between the eyes is less than 2 cycles.Generally 15 days for a training cycle.
