Training method:

训练方法

1.Correction of refractive errors in the tested eye.

1.被测眼屈光不正矫正

2.Select the visual target on the line above the best near visual acuity of the tested eye.

2.选择被测眼最佳近视力上一行视标

3.The subject held a myopia label card and placed it 40cm in front of their eyes.

3.被测者手持近视标卡，放置于眼前40cm

4.Cover your left eye. First, place the positive spherical lens flip racket in front of your right eye. The test starts when the visual target is clear. Then, place the negative spherical lens flip racket in front of your eye and start timing. Once the visual target is clear, immediately place the positive spherical lens in front of your eye. The first switch is completed when the visual target is clear. Repeat the above switch and count the number of switches in one minute.

4.遮盖左眼，先将正球镜翻转拍放置于右眼前，等视标清晰时为测试起始点，将负球镜翻转拍放置于眼前，并开始计时，等视标清晰后立即将正球镜放置于眼前，等视标清晰，此时为第一次切换完成。重复上述切换，计数一分钟的切换次数。

5.The accommodation flexibility of the left eye and that of both eyes were measured by the same method.

5.用同样的方法测定左眼调节灵活度和双眼调节灵活度。

6.Record the test results of the adjustment flexibility.

6.记录调节灵活度的检测结果。

Note: The measurement of adjustment flexibility, the size of the sight mark, the luminosity of the flip shot, and the distance of the test mark must all strictly comply with the standard testing conditions; otherwise, the measurement results will lack reference value.

注意事项：调节灵活度的测定视标大小翻转拍的光度和试标距离均须严格符合标准检测条件，否则测定结果缺乏参考价值。
