Training method:

训练方法

1.Place the vision card at a distance of 40 centimeters, usually 20/30, 20/40 or 20/50.

1.在40厘米距离处放置视力卡，一般为20/30或20/40、20/50。

2.Prepare a +-2.00D flipper. (If you can’t see clearly, please use +-1.50D.)

2.准备+-2.00D的翻转拍，（如果不能看清楚，请使用+-1.50D）。

3.Prepare the Rock Card (a single-letter card) in the vision card and gradually train to 3-letter cards, 4-letter cards, and 5-letter cards.

3.准备视力卡中Rock Card（单个字母卡），逐渐训练到3个字母卡、4个字母卡、5个字母卡。

4.First, place the +-2.00D in front of your eyes and quickly flip the +-2.00D flipper. Make sure you can clearly see the letters on the vision card.

4.将+-2.00D先放在眼前，快速翻转+-2.00D的翻转拍，要求必须看清视力卡上的字母。

5.Read each letter aloud in the order of numbers 1 to 40 on the letter card. Flip the +-2.0D flipper repeatedly. It is best to flip it as quickly as possible following the lens and always keep the font of the reading object clear

5.按照字母卡上1~40号的顺序依次大声读每一个字母，反复翻转+-2.0D的翻转拍，最好是尽可能快的跟随镜片翻转，并始终保持阅读物字体的清晰。

6.Both one eye and both eyes need to be trained, 1 to 2 times a day, for 10 to 15 minutes each time.

6.单眼和双眼都要训练，每天训练1~2次，每次10~15分钟。

7.The training should last until the reaction time is no less than 1 cycle /3 seconds, that is, 20 cycles of flipping per minute, and the difference between the two eyes should be less than 2 cycles.

7.训练直到反应时间不能少于1周期/3秒，也就是每一分钟翻转20周期，双眼的差别要小于2周期。

8.Generally, a training course lasts for 15 days, during which symptoms can be improved.

8.一般15天为一个训练疗程，症状可以得到改善。
